Introducing the Summit Sourdough  eco-friendly and reusable banneton cover in our NEW XL Size, the perfect addition to any Sourdough bakers kitchen! Made in Canada, our banneton covers are designed to help you reduce your environmental impact while keeping your doughs and food fresh.  Use these covers to proof sourdough in most brotform rounds and ovals  with room to spare. Compatible with and fit over a 9.5" kitchen-aid  mixer bowl with room to spare.  

These reusable dish covers are an excellent alternative to single-use plastic wrap and can be used over and over again, making them a cost-effective and sustainable option. Our covers are durable and easy to clean, simply wash them with cool water and lay flat to dry.

Sizing:
Our XL Size is meant for larger bowls, up to 13.5" in diameter and perfect for covering wood pulp brotforms.  Will fit some 14" bowls.
16” (40.5cm) - Fits most bowls 11-13.5”
Meant to cover bannetons, bowls and dishes that are between 11"-14" in diameter.  Fits perfectly over larger Bannetons such  our oval wood pulp brotforms and is also compatible with a Kitchen-Aid Mixer bowl, with room to spare.  
Sizing Note: Regular sized bowl covers fit  our round brotforms best. They also fit our oval brotforms with a snug seal.  The XL size is recommended for our oval brotforms for a more comfortable fit. Both sizes fit KitchenAid mixer bowls.

Specifications:
100% cotton outer, PUL liner. PUL-lined: A waterproof, food-safe, BPA-free lining. Tested and certified to meet both FDA and Health Canada food safety standards.
Do not microwave or put inside an oven.

Care Instructions:
Machine wash cold, lay flat to dry.
