Shipping and Returns Summit Sourdough Starter

All Summit Sourdough starters are shipped via Canada Post letter mail to keep shipping charges minimal.  We do our best to ship orders out within 1-3 business days of being place.  Occasionally during extreme busy times, you may see your order take a few extra days to ship.  Orders shipping into the United States may take up to 20 business days to arrive.  If you need your order to arrive faster, please contact us before placing your order and we can discuss accommodating your shipping needs.  We are seeing delivery times between 2 and 14 business days currently within Canada and the USA.

Wholesale orders are shipped with Canada Post Tracking, in our retail packaging.

$55 - $99 = $8 Shipping
$100+  = Free Shipping

To the USA (Flat Rate Letter Mail)
$0 - $40 = $6 Shipping
$41 - $80 = $8 Shipping
$81 - $99 = $10 Shipping
$100+  = $12

Shipping rates start at $16.00 AUD as packages need to travel by air to prevent a 3 to 4 month delivery time.

Returns / Refunds

We want every customer to be happy with our sourdough starter!   

If you notice a problem with your package of starter on arrival, please contact us so we can ship you out a replacement free of charge.   

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sourdough starter due to hygienic reasons.  Gift Cards and any of our digital items including e-books or printables, which are delivered immediately via email, are also non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
We will be happy to send a replacement sourdough starter(s) at no cost if your item(s) are damaged or in poor condition.  Please inspect your order within 5 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on gift cards.
