A sourdough boule is one of the trickiest things to make with our Summit Sourdough Starter.  But, I am here to tell you that you CAN make beautiful breads with our 125 heirloom -- but you will need time, patience, love and process.   Process, process, process -- without process there are no results.  Depending on environment, your process may need small tweaks here and there, but for the most part, results with my process are fool proof.  As I say to all my newbies, TRUST THE PROCESS and, Bake On!

Sourdough ciabatta is a very simple recipe, with minimal hands on time.  This recipe yields a wide open, airy crumb and a beautiful flavor and chew.  The high hydration means extra moisture to create steam and give your dough an amazing spring!

Sourdough bagels are easy to make!  This simple recipe let's you mix the dough before bed, while it performs it's bulk ferment overnight while you sleep!  Simple, easy and delicious.    Once you have a sourdough bagel, you'll be hooked on the taste, texture and crumb!  Bake On!
